BlueSeed respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how BlueSeed collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the BlueSeed website, mobile application, and related services.

When you use BlueSeed, we may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, company or carrier information, account credentials, and information associated with drivers and authorized users.

When using BlueSeed's carrier and load management features, we may also collect operational information, including load details, pickup and delivery information, driver assignments, invoice information, payment status, and documents uploaded through the platform, such as bills of lading (BOL), proofs of delivery (POD), rate confirmations, and related transportation documents.

We may also collect technical information necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot our services, such as device, application, log, and network information.

We may use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain BlueSeed. 
• Create, authenticate, and manage user accounts. 
• Manage carriers, drivers, loads, documents, invoices, and payment workflows. 
• Process and display information related to carrier operations and payments. 
• Provide customer support. 
• Maintain the security and integrity of our services. 
• Diagnose technical issues and improve BlueSeed. 
• Communicate important service-related information. 
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. 

BlueSeed may process information related to invoices, payments, carrier payment activity, and related financial workflows in order to provide the financial and operational features available through the platform.

BlueSeed does not sell personal information to advertisers.

We may share information with third-party service providers that help us operate BlueSeed, including providers of cloud infrastructure, database services, authentication, file storage, communications, payment processing, security, and other technology services.

These service providers may process information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf and are expected to protect information in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete or otherwise handle it in accordance with applicable requirements.

You may contact BlueSeed to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

You may also request deletion of your BlueSeed account and associated personal information. Certain information may be retained when required or permitted for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or legitimate business purposes.

BlueSeed is designed for businesses and transportation professionals and is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to BlueSeed, our practices, or applicable requirements.

When this policy is updated, the revised effective date will be displayed at the top of this page.
